CONSULTING

Answer any questions you may have related to the H-2 programs.  Establish an inhouse H-2 program.  Discuss, evaluate and recommend improvements to current H-2 programs.  Contingence planning. Provide technical assistance.  Support leadership and strategic planning.

TOOLS

Review, analyze, and interpret local, federal and state laws, regulations, and policies to develop tangible in-house resources, documents and tools based on industry standards and best practices.  Help develop internal processes, policies and procedure tailored to the H-2 programs.

HOUSING

Inspect, evaluate, audit and coordinate licensing of temporary worker housing.  Ensure temporary worker housing is available and licensed prior to portioning for foreign workers.  Number of workers requested is limited to the capacity of licensed temporary worker housing available.

FACILITATION

Facilitate meetings and presentations to educate workers and establish expectations from the very beginning.  On and offboarding of H-2 workers assistance based on proven H-2 best practices.

AUDIT

Conducted internal reviews and audits for compliance and best practices.  Assist and prepare for external and internal audits.  Assistance on emergency situations.  Informal resolution of complaints.
